Three Morganfield residents are facing drug charges after being arrested during a traffic stop Wednesday.
While on routine patrol in Henderson, a commercial vehicle enforcement officer with Kentucky State Police stopped a 1981 Buick with an obstructed windshield.
KSP says an investigation led to the arrest of 24-year-old Holly Howard, 37-year-old James Fletcher and 30-year-old Mary M. Bell. The three were taken to the Henderson County Detention Center and are facing these charges:
Mary Bell
- Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd Degree
- Prescription Controlled Substance not in Proper Container
Holly Howard
- Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree ( Methamphetamine)
- Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd Degree
- Prescription Controlled Substance not in Proper Container
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
James Fletcher
- Giving Officer False Name and Address
- Possession of Handgun by Convicted Felon
- Fugitive from Another State – Saline County, Illinois
- Warrant for a parole violation issued by the Kentucky Parole Board
