A 79-year-old Sturgis woman was flown to Deaconess Hospital and three Henderson residents were also hurt when two vehicles collided in Union County Monday morning.
It happened at the intersection of U.S. 60 West and the U.S. 60 Bypass.
Kentucky State Police say Betty Day's Kia Sportage was hit and flipped over by a Ford Taurus driven by 49-year-old Ethel Runyon of Henderson.
Day, Runyon and Runyon's three passengers, 32-year-old Jessie Runyon, 10-year-old Candice Runyon and 4-year-old Kevein York, all of Henderson, were taken to Union County Hospital. Day was later transferred by air ambulance to Deaconess Hospital in Evansville. She is in fair condition.
